Reggio Children | Loris Malaguzzi International Centre | Reggio Emilia Approach

Publishing

Reggio Children weaves its publishing with the design of exhibitions and ateliers and professional development and research.

Reggio Children’s publications are translated into several languages.

Books

In the books of Reggio Children words and images by children and adults – teachers, atelierista’s and pedagogista’s – weave together and make visible a less common image of childhood.

This is a language that declares and supports the value and importance of aesthetic dimension of knowledge.

Audiovisuals

The language of video has been a longstanding presence in the “toolbox” of Reggio Emilia's municipal infant-toddler centres and preschools, in ateliers, in exhibitions travelling the world, and in conferences held at the Loris Malaguzzi International Centre.

Video is one more means of supporting and idea of education and knowledge as the interweaving of different languages.
